摘要
利用适制红茶的云大品种原料研制名优绿茶 ,以外形的塑造、保色、保毫、避免苦涩味的产生为技术关键 ,经反复试制 ,成功地研制出“御茗系列”——春螺、雪芽、奎尖、春笋、银锋、白毫银针、菊花茶等大叶特色、形态各具的名茶 ,为云大茶树良种原料的利用找到了新路子。经多年批量生产 ,形成较大商品量和销售市场 。
Yunda is a variety of tea tree for making black tea.In order to exploit new way to use it,the anther trial to make green tea by using Yunda as raw material.A series of good green tea have been exploited outsuch as Chunlu,Xueya,Kuijian,Chunsheng,Yinfeng,Baihao- yinzhen and Juhua with different forms and proper- ties.The key technology for processing was summarized as the formation of proper appearance,proper color and tip keeping and bitter taste avoiling.These green tea products have been put to commercial production and significant benefit in economics and society have gained.
