摘要
核心力量是近年来竞技体育领域的新鲜事物,备受教练、科研人员的青睐,被业内人士称为体能专项化的桥梁。以广州体育学院田径队5名男子运动员为研究对象,进行16周的核心力量训练。结果表明:5名男子运动员的专项形态、专项机能和素质都不同程度地得到提高,专项技术动作得到进一步的完善,身体的稳定性、协调性主观感觉显著增强,运动成绩亦有显著提高,从而为教练员科学安排力量训练提供参考依据。
Core strength is in recent years in the sports field of new things,has been coach,scientific research personnel 's favor,was the industry known as the physical fitness special bridge.Based on the Guangzhou Sports University 's track and field team in 5 male athlete as the object of study,performed 16 weeks of core strength training.The results show that:5 men athletes' special morphology,plane and quality in different degree is improved,the special technical action to further perfect,physical stability,coordination of subjective feeling significantly enhance athletic performance,also has increased significantly,thus for coaches and scientific arrangement of strength training to provide reference.
