摘要
建设创新型国家是我国面向未来的一项重大战略决策,建设创新型国家关键是要有创新型人才。文章阐述了创新型人才的科学内涵,分析了创新型人才培养的制约因素,并提出解决对策。
Building an innovative country is the future of our country a major strategic decision, the key of building an innovative country is to have the innovative talents.This paper expounds the scientific connotation of innovative talents, analyzes the factors restricting the cultivation of innovative talents, and puts forward some solving countermeasures.
