摘要 加气母站2#压缩机出现排气量低、气缸异响故障,检查发现一级活塞环出现较大磨损,并在气缸中发现少量铁屑。通过对产品质量、部件安装、运行温度、气缸润滑、气体杂质、设备维护保养等可能造成活塞环磨损的因素进行分析后,发现导致活塞环磨损过快的主要原因是在用计量1支路过滤器滤芯损坏,过滤效果大大降低,导致气体压缩前存在铁屑、灰尘等颗粒较大的杂质,进入气缸后加速了活塞环的磨损。 One master filling station 2# compressor exhaust volume is low, the cyhnder has a different sound failure and we found that the first piston ring wear and found few iron filings in small. By analyzing factors that may make piston ring wear such as quality, installation,operation temperature, cylinder lubrication, gas impurity and equipment maintenance and so on, we found that main reason that result in piston ring wear too fast is measure 1 branch filter element damaged and filter effect reduced greatly so that there are great impurities like filings and dust before compressing gas and these impurities accelerate piston ring wear when come into cylinder.
