摘要
对无油润滑压缩机聚四氟乙烯（ＰＴＦＥ）导向环、活塞环易磨损、使用寿命短的原因，进行了检测分析及理论计算，在对比试验的基础上，获得了一种较好的ＰＴＦＥ复合材料配方及热压成型工艺和开环、卸荷结构。经过生产实践证明，新型导向环、活塞环比原ＰＴＦＥ环使用寿命提高６～１０倍。
The reason of susceptible to wear and short service life of PTFE guide ring and piston ring of ccompressor without lube oil ate examined and calculated theoretically. Based on the comparation,a better PTFE compound material composition,hot extrusion forming process,and the construction of open the ring and unlock the ring are obtained. By means of practice of production prooved that the service life of new type guide rad and piston ring are increased 6￣10 times than original PTPE rings.
