非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术34例临床观察与疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术的临床疗效。方法对商丘市第一人民医院2007年2月至2011年6月收治的34例冠状动脉搭桥术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 34例患者均手术成功,全组无死亡病例。手术时间80~200min,平均(120±50)min。术后24h引流量350~950ml,平均(320±60)ml。平均吻合数目2~5个。术后入住ICU时间(60±48)h,呼吸机辅助时间(9±5)h。术后平均住院(10±7)d,无围术期心肌梗死及神经系统并发症。结论非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术具有安全、有效、经济等特点,适宜单、多支冠状动脉病变,且术后并发症少,适宜临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods The hospital from February 2007 to June 2011 treated 34 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Totally 34 patients were successful surgery,were no deaths.Operative time 80~200min,the average(120 ± 50) min.24 hours after drainage 350~950ml,average(320±60) ml.The average number of match 2~5.Postoperative ICU stay time(60±48) hours,ventilation time(9±5) h.Mean postoperative hospital stay(10±7) d,no perioperative myocardial infarction and neurological complications.Conclusions Off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery is safe,effective,economic and other characteristics,suitable for single and multi-vessel coronary artery disease,and complications less suitable for clinical application.
