摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后胆瘘的发生原因及处理。方法对商丘市第一人民医院2005年7月年至2014年3月4168例胆囊切除术后发生胆瘘18例的原因进行回顾及分析。结果 18例胆瘘,其中10例胆瘘保守治疗,8例胆瘘再次手术治疗,均痊愈出院。结论胆瘘的发生于手术医生对胆道的解剖变异的认识及其临床经验有密切的关系,合理及时的处理对术后胆瘘的患者很重要。
Objective Laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ LC） biliary fistula causes and treatment. Methods From July2005 to March 2014 totally 168 cases of cholecystectomy biliary fistula 18 cases the cause of postoperative were retrospectively analyzed. Results Totally 18 cases of biliary fistula,including 10 cases of biliary fistula treated conservatively,eight cases of biliary fistula reoperation,were cured. Conclusion Biliary fistula and Surgeons of biliary anatomic variations awareness and clinical experience are closely related,and reasonable treatment of postoperative biliary fistula is very important and timely.
