摘要
以温敏电阻的阻温特性测量为例,详细讨论了电子元器件以及电子仪器仪表的温敏特性智能化测试的方法。首次成功地将半导体致冷组件引入温敏特性测量领域,很好地实现了一50℃-70℃温区范围内的温度可控调节。本文的设计经过适当的改进,可以成为一个市场前景不错的产品。
The methods and implementations, which were applied to measure the thermo-sen-sitive characters of electrical elements and electrical apparatuses, were discussed in this paper. The intelligent instrument for measuring thermistor characters was developed to illustrate.The semiconductor refrigeration component was firstly introduced into this application areasuccessfully. It made the temperature adjustable in the range of-50 to 70 (C. With some improvements, several intelligent instruments for measuring the thermo-sensitive characters ofelectrical elements and electrical apparatuses would be developed and could be applied tothe areas of electrical elements and electrical apparatuses manufactory and scientific works.
