摘要
本文报道24只家兔挤压综合征血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)水平动态改变及其意义的研究。发现:实验后24、48和72小时血浆AgⅡ各平均值约为实验前的5.5倍,24和48小时的升高差异显著(P<0.02～0.05),72小时开始有恢复的象征,48和72小时的升高与同时间肌酐清除率的下降,相关系数r分别为-0.86和-0.89,呈非常显著的负相关关系。
This paper reports an experimental study of the dynamic change of plasma-angiotensin Ⅱ (AgⅢ) level and its significance in 24 rabbits with crush syndrome. The average values of Ag Ⅱ at 24, 48 and 72 hours after the crush experiment were about 5.5 times as before, the increment of Ag Ⅱ at 24 and 48 hours after the crush were significant (P<0.02, P<0.05), the alteration at 72 hour after the experiment began to show a restoring sign. The increment of Ag Ⅱ compared with the fall of creatine clearance rate, which correlation coefficient were -0.86 and -0.89 at 48 and 72 hours of postcrush respectively, they showed a significant negative correlation (P<0.01).
