摘要
互联网的飞速发展已经将越来越多的传统行业和电子商务结合在一起,餐饮行业在今天面临新的发展机遇,能否抓住这一机遇顺势而上则是需要全面思考并努力实践的。本文在简要介绍了SWOT模型后,从优势、劣势、威胁、机会四个纬度对餐饮业电子商务的应用进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了一些促进餐饮业电子商务发展的有效对策。
Due to the rapid development of internet,more and more traditional industries are linked with E-commerce.The catering industry is facing a new developing opportunity today,and it is necessary to think about how to seize the opportunity and try to practice.Starting with a brief introduction about SWOT model,the essay analyses the application of E-commerce in catering industry from 4 latitudes: strength,weakness,threats and opportunities,and finally proposes some effective countermeasures of promoting E-commerce in catering industry.
