摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和访谈法对"阳光体育运动"县域推进的实施机制和策略进行了分析和讨论,认为县(区)域为阳光体育运动推进的提供了基础保障条件,其实施具有系统性和层次性和特定的路径。阳光体育活动县域推进要与区县社会、经济、文化协调发展,区县一盘棋,政府主导同时充分利用社会力量发展体育,实现青少年阳光体育活动的可持续性发展。
With documentation method,logical analysis and expert investigation as main research methods,the author analyzes and discusses the operation mechanism and strategy of sunshine sports campaign promotion project in county area,and think that county area provides the basic guarantee condition for sunshine sport campaign promotion project,and its operation has systematic and hierarchical characteristics;its implement should have specific route.The promotion of sunshine sport campaign in county area should coordinate with social,economic and cultural development of the county;the operation project should pay attention to wholeness making breakthroughs with superior forces;it should insist that government played a leading role and make the best of societal forces at the same time to realize its sustainable development.
