摘要
本文认为莫高窟第93窟龛内屏风画表现的并不是《药师经》"十二大愿"和"九横死"的内容,而是表现"观音救诸难"及相关内容的。同时,笔者对屏风中出现的"T"或"┐"形题记框和吐蕃装人物等与本窟开凿年代背景相关的现象也作了一些初步探讨。
This paper interprets the screen paintings inside the niche of Mogao Cave 93 and concludes that the paintings are about Avalokiteshrara＇s saving life from suffering. It also describes the ＂T＂ or ＂┐＂shaped cartouches in the screen paintings, which might be related to the background for the construction of Cave 93.
