摘要
目的 :评价对云南农村妇女中开展生育健康教育的效果。方法 :在云南省两个县的两个试验村向文盲及半文盲已婚妇女开展以讲课和人际传播位形式的健康教育活动 (在两个月内讲课3~4次 )。另选两个远离试验村、基本条件相同的村子作为对照村。结果 :干预后 ,实验村妇女的健康知识、信念和行为与对照组相比均有很大提高 ,其间的差异有统计学的显著行。结论 :由当地的妇幼保健员讲课结合分发图文并茂的知识读本 ,是对文化不高的农村妇女进行健康教育的有效手段。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of health education on reproductive health for rural women in Yunnan Province. Methods: A health education intervention in the form of lectures and interpersonal communication was conducted in 2 villages in 2 counties, Yunnan province for illiterate and semi-literate married rural women. Two villages under similar conditions but far away from the experimental villages were selected as control. Results The knowledge rate, health belief, and health behavior among the women in experimental village were improved after intervention in comparison with the control villages with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Lecture by trained local MCH providers combined with distribution of brochures rich in both pictures and text is an effective measure for health education on reproductive health for rural women with limited education.
