摘要
复合绝缘子已经在电力系统中得到广泛的应用,随之而来的雷击闪络事故也越来越多。从一般复合绝缘子的结构特点开始分析,得出造成其雷击闪络事故的主要原因是沿面场强分布不均,两端金具附近具有强电场区。并提出相应的改造措施:优化使用均压环,采用金属贴膜技术。最后根据上述措施设计了一种强耐雷复合绝缘子,并通过试现场验验证了该绝缘子的耐雷水平。
As wide application of composite insulator in power system,the lightning flashover accidents are increasing.Firstly,the structural feature of common composite insulator is analyzed,it is obtained that the main cause of lightning strike accident is the surface field uneven distribution,and there is high electric field area near the both ends of the insulator.And the reform measures are proposed: optimizing the use of grading ring,adopting metal foil technology.At last,a strong lightning resistant composite insulator is designed according to the measures mentioned above,and the lightning resisting level of the composite insulator is validated through site test.
