摘要
目的观察圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复多数牙缺失的疗效和易出现问题的分析总结。方法 11例多数牙缺失的患者13副圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复,观察0.5～6 a,从咀嚼功能、舒适程度、美观等方面进行满意度调查;临床检查口腔组织的健康状况、义齿的固位情况、修复体是否损坏及患者的口腔卫生状况等。结果 13副圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复后满意率100%;内冠脱落者5颗,基牙折断2颗,烤塑牙表面着色30颗,牙龈萎缩、牙龈炎者10颗,口腔卫生不良者4例。结论圆锥形套筒冠义齿是目前修复多数牙缺失较好的一种修复体,并针对出现的问题进行分析处理,提高修复体的使用寿命。
Objective To observe the clinical effects and problems of treatment of most teeth loss with telescope dentures . Methods 13 telescope dentures were used to restore 11 cases of most teeth loss, to investigate the satisfaction rate according to the funtion of mastication , degree of comfort and good appearance after 0.5 - 6 years of observation. Clinical examination including the health and sanitation condition of oral cavity, retention of denture and whether there were some damage to the restorations. Results The satisfaction rate of treatment with 13 teleccope dentures were 100% ;primary crowns fell off in 5 teeth, abutment fractures in 2 teeth, the surface of dentures to be stained in 30 teeth, gingivai atrophy and gingival inflammation in 10 teeth, bad oral cavity sanitation in 4 teeth. Conclusion The telescope dentures is a better dental pros- thesis for the treatment of most teeth loss currently, to analysis and deal with the problems of treatment can lengthen the durability of dental prosthesisi.
