摘要
目的:总结圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复的临床疗效。方法:对38例戴用圆锥形套筒冠义齿病例的基牙牙冠、牙周、周围软组织、上部修复体及患者满意度等情况进行调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果:46副套筒冠义齿保存率100%。共245个基牙,其中基牙保存、内冠脱落再粘结、牙龈炎症、饰面材料崩裂修理及着色分别占总基牙数的93.9%、7.8%、14.3%、14.3%及47.9%。修复体固位欠佳及基托折裂分别占总修复体数的13.0%及10.75%。患者对义齿美观和功能的满意率为97.8%。结论:戴用圆锥形套筒冠义齿后,患者对美观和咀嚼功能满意度高,尽管套筒冠义齿的内冠脱落、饰面材料崩裂、基托折裂、基牙脱落等为常见症状,但通过修理一般不影响义齿的继续使用。
Objective： The aim of the study is to investigate the clinic efficacy of telescopic crown retained partial dentures （TRPDs）. Method： The study is based on the data of 38 patients who had received a total of 46 TRPDs. The situation of the telescopic crowns, periodontic tissues, restorations of abutment teeth, and patients＇ satisfaction were investigated. The results were statistically analysed. Result： The survival probability of 46 TRPDs was 100%. The percent of the survival of abutment teeth, recementation of primary crowns, gingivitis, facing repair, and stained were 93.9%, 7.8%, 14.3%, 14.3%, and 47.9% in a total of 245 telescopic crowns. 13.0% of TRPDs were poor retention and 10.75% had fractures in dentures or framework. The satisfaction of the patients with esthetic and function was 97.8%. Conclusion： The satisfaction of the patients who received TRPDs were high. Though recementation of primary crowns, defects of the facing, fractures in dentures and loss of abutment teeth were common, they did not endanger the further functioning of the TRPDs after reparation.
