摘要
建立了测定绿茶毛尖中有机酸的高效液相色谱方法。应用反相C18色谱柱,0.05 mol/L KH2PO4(pH=2.7)为流动相,流速为0.6 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,使绿茶中7种有机酸得到很好地分离。各有机酸在线性范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率在95.6%~102.5%之间。该方法操作简单、快速、准确度高,适用于绿茶中有机酸含量的测定。
Detectionation of organic acids in Maojian green tea by HPLC was studied. A reversed-phase C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 (pH=-2.7)at 0.6 mL/min and detection wavelength at 210 nm and column temperature of 30℃ ,it can be seperatcd well for the seven organic acids in MaoJian green tea. The organic acids had good linear in the linear range with recoveries between 95.6%-102.5%. The method was simple ,rapid and with high accuracy which was suitable for determination of organic acids in green tea.
