摘要
用1%浓度的甲醇提取物处理试虫后,浅裂南星根、千里光叶和草乌对家蝇48 h致死率在70%以上,最高为浅裂南星根100.00%。牡蒿和野花椒种子对家蝇48 h致死率在60%以上。萱草和打火草在处理后7 d,赤拟谷盗死亡率就超过70.00%。以甲醇冷浸提取法对所采集的植物材料进行冷浸提取时,提取率分布在0.29%~14.75%之间。
At the concentration of 1%, mortalities of methanol extracts of Arisaema lobatum Engl. (root), Senecio palmatus Buch.- Ham. ex D. Don (leaves) and Aconitum carmichaeli Debx against Musca domestica vicina Macquart 48 h after the treatment were over 70%, of which the highest was Arisaema lobatum Engl. (root) with a mortality of 100%. Additionally, the mortalities of the housefly caused by A rtemisia japonica Thunb. and Zanthoxylum simulans Hance were over 60%. Methanol extracts of Hemerocallis fulva L. and A nemime tomentosa (Maxim) Pei caused mortalities over 70.00% 7 d after the treatment against Tribolium castaneum (Linn.) . The methanol extraction rates of these plants varied from 0.29% to 14.75% by cold soaking method.
