摘要
研究了以杀虫植物雷公藤为原料、乙醇等有机溶剂为提取溶剂提取制备植物源农药的工艺过程,并通过改进提取方法优化了提取工艺条件。结果表明,以乙醇为提取溶剂并采用改进型提取装置后,提取时间、溶剂使用量及回收率、生物碱的单位时间提取率等工艺指标明显优于常规提取方法,其中提取时间可缩短约50%,溶剂的使用量仅为30%,且有80%以上的溶剂被回收。
A process for extracting active compounds from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. to preparing botanical pesticide was studied and optimized, The results showed that ethanol is a perfect solvent for extracting the alkaloids using the advanced extracting apparatus. The extraction time, solvent dosage, recycle rate of solvent and extracting rate of alkaloids were improved obviously with the new technology. The extraction time and solvent dosage were 0.50 and 0.3 times as compare to ordinary technical process, and more than 80% of extracting solvent can be recycled.
