摘要
青年科技人才的成长决定着科技队伍的未来,也决定着科技事业的持续发展。以第十二届中国青年科技奖100位获奖者为研究对象,对其个人特征、教育背景、工作单位、地域分布、获国家奖励及重大人才培养计划等基本信息进行统计分析,以期反映我国青年科技人才成长的一般规律,为掌握我国青年科技人才发展状况,制定相关人才成长计划提供参考。
The growth of young science and technology talents determines the future of scientific and technical contingent and also determines scientific and technological undertaking＇s sustainable development. 100 winners of the twelfth young Chinese science and technology award are chosen as the object of study. The essential information such as personal characteristics, education background, unit of work, geographical distribution, condition of won the national science and technology awards or major talent training plan were analyzed statistically, which reflected the general law and growth state for young Chinese science and technolo- gy talents＇ development and provided reference for establishingt talents growth plan .
