摘要
总结了85例高龄股骨近端骨折患者手术术中护理配合,包括充分了解高龄患者的病理生理状态、密切观察术中病情变化动态、熟练配合手术操作、准确采取并发症的防治措施等。所有患者均顺利进行手术。认为精心的术中护理配合,可以使高风险的骨科高龄患者安全经历手术,能在降低术后并发症发生率和死亡率中发挥作用。
To summarize the nursing cooperation of proximal femoral fracture surgery of 85 elderly patients ,including to understand the phys- ical and pathology condition of elderly patients adequately, observe the changes of intrao＇perative condition carefully , match up the operation masterly, prevent complications timely and so on. All the operation was performed successfully. We consider that careful nursing cooperation can make operation safety and reduce the mortality and incidence of complications.
