摘要
总结了本科对100例白内障患者实施的人性化护理,包括入院及围手术期人性化护理,环境人性化,语言人性化和对家属人性化。所有患者均顺利通过手术治疗,99%患者视力恢复到0.3以上达到脱盲目的。认为实施人性化护理服务,顺应了社会发展的需要,丰富了护理工作的内涵,提高了护理服务质量,体现了"以患者为中心"的人性化服务理念。
To summarize the humanistic care of 100 cataract patients,including the humanistic nursing during perioperative period,making the environment and language become humanized,and giving humanistic care to families of patients.All the patients took surgery smooth,and 99% of patients＇vision returned to more than 0.3.We consider that humanistic care conform to the needs of the development of the society,enrich the connotation of nursing,improve the quality of nursing service,and realize the service idea of ＂Patient-centered＂.
