摘要
随着水泥海外EPC总包的发展,国内人力成本的上升,单纯依靠低人力成本的竞争策略已经没有优势可言。要想在拥有众多强大竞争对手的国际市场上占领一席之地,必须在精细化管理尤其是费用控制上有所突破。文章结合多年实践对如何提高海外EPC总包费用控制水平进行了深入探讨。
With the development of foreign cement EPC construction and raising of domestic labor cost, the low labor cost strategy has no advantage anymore. We must get some breakthrough on the refinement management especially on cost control in order to occupy international market with many strong competitors. The article discussed on how to improve the foreign EPC construction cost control level combined with years of practice.
