摘要
目前,国际工程承包市场上越来越倾向于使用EPC模式承发包大型工程项目。与传统的承发包模式相比,总承包商在EPC项目的实施过程中承担着更多的风险因素,因此,项目管理者要有强烈的风险意识,学会控制和防范风险。
At present, more and more big international projects are contracted by EPC(Engineer- Procure-Construct) model. Compared with traditional contract models, the general contractors undertakemore risks in the implementation process of EPC projects. So project managers should have intense risk consciousness, and learn to control and keep away from risk.
