摘要
工程项目管理中的伙伴关系管理模式是一种适应当今知识经济社会的工程项目管理新模式,合作伙伴的选择又是项目伙伴关系管理模式成功构建与运行的关键。文章将模糊层次分析法和可能度引入到工程项目合作伙伴的优化选择中,提出工程项目合作伙伴选择的新方法,以期推动工程项目的能够成功实施及建筑业的持续发展。
Engineering project partnering management model is a new model to adapt to today＇s knowledge-based economy society, the choice of partner is the key issue for the new model to success. This paper has applied FAHP and Possibility Degree to the optimizing choice of partner, and put forward a new kind of method to choose partner for engineering project, In order to promote the successful implementation of the stability and sustainable development.
