摘要
类固醇生成因子-1(SF-1),又被称为Ad4BP或NR5A1,是孤儿核受体家族成员,在类固醇生成、脑和垂体激素调控、肾上腺肿瘤发生中发挥着关键作用,是肾上腺和性腺发育及功能的重要调控因子。最近几年,SF-1的研究取得了很大进展,本文将对SF-1的发现、分子结构、体内表达进行简述,重点阐述SF-1调控的靶基因、转录激活功能调控在生理病理中的研究,特别是相关的拮抗药物进展等几个方面。
Steroidogenic factor-1(SF-1,also called Ad4BP and NR5A1) is a nuclear receptor with critical roles in steroidogenic tissues,as well as in the brain and pituitary.In particular,SF-1 has emerged as an essential regulator of adrenal and gonadal functions and development.In the recent few years,our knowledge on SF-1 has increased considerably at all levels.In this review,the current understanding on SF-1 with focus on its discovery,molecular structure,in vivo expression,target genes,transcriptional activation and the regulation of gene expression was discussed.Its physiological and pathological functions,especially concerning the progress of its antagonist drugs research were also discussed.
