徐州市儿童流感流行趋势的调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的掌握儿童流感流行趋势,做好儿科门诊感控工作。方法选择2005年10月~2008年12月于我院儿科就诊的流感样患儿,按国家统一制订的流感样病例登记表,每天登记上报徐州市疾病预防控制中心(疾控中心),对其中符合采样条件的患儿进行采样,每周采样10~15例,标本送市疾控中心进行病毒分离、鉴定、测序,阳性标本送国家流感监测中心鉴定,资料最后由徐州市疾控中心汇总。结果 2005年10~12月共分离出流感病毒28株,2006年1~12月共分离出流感病毒41株,2007年1~12月共分离出流感病毒96株,2008年1~12月共分离出流感病毒105株;A型(甲型)148株,B型(乙型)110株,其他型12株;3、4、8月为流感高发期;病毒分离率婴儿组为8.9%,幼儿组为30.4%,学龄前组为17.4%,学龄组为43.3%。结论徐州市2005年10月~2008年12月儿童流感活动有增强趋势,尤以A型毒株增强为主,可能预示徐州市将有流感爆发;流感流行季节由原来的冬春季演变为全年发病、有冬季和夏秋季两个高峰的流行趋势;以学龄组发病率最高。 Objective To understand the tendency of influenza prevalence among children,in order to control its prevalence.Methods Children of influenzalike illnesses(ILI) from pediatrics department of our hospital from October 2005 to December 2008 were selected.ILI enrollment was registered and forward told to centre for disease control and prevention(CDC) of Xuzhou city.Among the ILI,10-15 samples according with demand were collected every week and then influenza viruses were isolated,identified and sequenced by CDC of Xuzhou city and the positive samples were re-checked by national influenza surveillance center.The data were summarized by CDC of Xuzhou city.Results 28 strains of influenza virus were isolated from October to December 2005.41 strains of influenza virus were isolated from January to December 2006.96 strains of influenza virus were isolated from January to December 2007.105 strains of influenza virus were isolated from January to December 2008.148 strains were identified as type A,110 strains as type B and 12 strains as other types.The prevalent peaks of influenza were March,April and August.The positive rates of baby group,infancy group,preschool group and school age group was 8.9%,30.4%,17.4%,43.3% respectively.Conclusion The tendency of influenza activity in children has increased from October 2005 to December 2008 and type A is the predominant strain,which predicts that influenza prevalence may break out in Xuzhou city.Prevalent season of influenza has changed from winter and spring to all year,and has two prevalent peaks of winter,summer and autumn.The influenza morbidity of school age group is most.
