摘要
目的:通过比较冠心病血瘀证患者与健康人血清蛋白质表达的差异,寻找与冠心病血瘀证发生发展相关的特异蛋白质。方法:采用蛋白质组学双向凝胶电泳联合质谱技术对冠心病血瘀证患者和健康人(各8例)血清进行蛋白质组学的比较研究。结果:通过鉴定得到了6种差异蛋白质:视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、CD5抗原样蛋白(CD5L)、结合珠蛋白(Hp)、血清白蛋白(ALB)。结论:这些差异蛋白质可能与冠心病血瘀证相关。
Objective:To identify the specific hallmark proteins underlying blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease through investigating the difference of serum proteins between coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis and healthy volunteers.Method:Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and mass spectrometry(MS) proteomics technical methods were performed for the examination of different proteins from 8 patients in each groups.Results:Six specific proteins were identified:retinol binding protein 4(RBP4),apolipoprotein E(ApoE),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),CD5 antigen-like protein(CD5L),haptoglobin(Hp) and serum albumin(ALB).Conclusion:The study indicates that the six serum proteins mentioned above might be contributed to the blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease.
