摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者外周血内吗啡肽-1水平及其与年龄的相关性。方法随机选取36例原发性高血压患者和32名健康志愿者,用放射免疫分析法检测外周血内吗啡肽-1(endomorphin-1,EM-1)水平。结果原发性高血压患者外周血EM-1水平较正常志愿者明显下降(838±91pg/mlvs1157±84pg/ml,P<0.01),多元回归分析发现年龄是原发性高血压患者外周血EM-1水平的相关因子(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者外周血EM-1水平较正常志愿者为低,且与年龄有相关性。
Objective To study the endomorphin (EM-1) level in the peripheral blood in primary hypertension patients and its association with age. Methods Thirty-six primary hypertension patients and 32 healthy volunteers were selected randomly and their blood samples were drawn in heparinized tubes before breakfast. Plasma concentrations of EM-1 were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results EM-1 levels were significantly lower in primary hypertension patients (838 ± 91 pg/ml vs 1 157 ± 84 pg/ml, P〈0.01) than in the healthy volunteers. The multiple correlation analysis showed significant changes (P 〈0.05) between the plasma EM-1 concentration in primary hypertension patients and their age. Conclusion Peripheral EM-1 level is suppressed in primary hypertension patients, which is related to age.
