556例荨麻疹与食物过敏特异IgG抗体分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过检测10种食物过敏特异性IgG抗体水平,初步分析10种食物过敏特异IgG抗体与荨麻疹的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测556例患者血清中10种食物特异性IgG抗体水平。结果 556例荨麻疹患者10种食物特异性IgG抗体至少有一种阳性的占96.9%(442/556),同一荨麻疹患者有2、3种食物过敏特异IgG抗体均为阳性,健康对照无阳性,食物过敏特异IgG抗体是由荨麻疹而形成的免疫复合物,而食物过敏特异IgG抗体与迟发型食物过敏反应相关,因此,荨麻疹很可能是迟发型食物过敏引起,至少是其中的主要原因之一。荨麻疹中的食物过敏特异IgG间接反映可能为多种迟发型食物过敏的食物过敏原。结论鸡蛋、虾、蟹、牛奶、小麦、大豆的食物过敏特异IgG抗体阳性率高,很可能是荨麻疹患者迟发型食物过敏的主要食物过敏原。荨麻疹患者食物过敏很可能和某些蛋白质有密切的关系。 Objective To analys the 10 kinds of food allergy specific IgG antibody and urticaria relationship.Methods n enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption experiment(ELISA) was used to test 556 patients serum 10 kinds of food specificity IgG antibody level.Results 556 cases of patients with 10 kinds of food urticaria of antibody specificity IgG at least one positive 96.9 percent(442/556),10 kinds of food of only one kind of antibody specificity IgG of 45.2%,have tested positive for two positive,there are 3 kinds of positive rate of 8.8 percent.Urticaria patients 33.8% of egg positive rate,26.3% of shrimp positive rate,21.9% of crab positive rate,remaining milk wheat soybean corn beef pork chicken.110patients healthy controls are negative.Conclusion Urticaria patients have 96.9%(442/556) patients detect food specificity IgG antibodies,healthy controls has not been detected in food specificity IgG antibodies,explain food allergy specific IgG antibody is formed by urticaria immune complex,and the food allergy specific IgG antibody and late style food allergy related,therefore urticaria is probably late style food allergies,at least,is one of the main reasons.The same urticaria patients have 2,3 kinds of food allergy specific IgG antibody are all positive,healthy controls no positive,the food allergy specific instructions urticaria is single.Not necessarily IgG,Indirectly reflect late food allergy food allergens hairstyle is likely to be many.Eggs,shrimp,crab,milk,wheat,soybeans food allergy specific IgG,rate of positive of antibody of high,probably urticaria patients the main food allergies later hairstyle food allergens.Eggs,shrimp,crab,milk,soy protein content high,so urticaria patients food allergies may well and some proteins have close relationship.
