微波密闭消解ICP-AES法测定宁夏枸杞中矿物元素 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]测定宁夏枸杞中矿物元素的含量。[方法]选择HNO3-H2O2作为枸杞样品消化的酸溶体系,利用微波密闭消解系统对样品进行消解,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对宁夏枸杞中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Pb和Cr 10种无机元素进行同时检测;通过加样回收率试验,验证分析数据的可靠性。[结果]该方法的相对标准偏差均低于5%;回收率在94.40%~107.00%之间,准确度和精密度良好,分析数据可靠。[结论]该方法快速,简单,精确,可满足枸杞样品中多元素同时分析检测的要求,为研究枸杞中矿物质元素含量及其产品品质提供了科学方法。 [Objective] To determine the content of mineral elements in Lycium barbarum L.from Ningxia.[Methods] Taking HNO3-H2O2 as the acids system,the sample was digested by sealed microwave digestion system.Inorganic elements in L.barbarum from Ningxia,including K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Pb and Cr,were also detected.Based on the test on recovery rate,the reliability of data was verified.[Results] Compared with standard deviation,this method was 5% lower.The recovery rate was between 94.40% and 107.00%.The high accuracy indicated that the data was reliable.[Conclusion] This method was rapid,simple,accurate and could satisfied the sample examination request with more elements together,which provided a scientific method for the research on mineral content and products quality of L.barbarum.
