摘要
目的探讨城乡结合社区卫生服务中心对精神病康复管理的有效模式。方法社区精防领导小组联合社区卫生服务中心建立村卫生干部,患者家属(监护人)互通信息机制,通过开设"阳光心园"康复基地,健康教育,送药体检,分类、分级管理,群防群治,随访监控做好精神病患者出院后的康复管理服务。结果通过五年康复管理的探索,六灶社区的精神病患者有效监护率98.78%,显好率85.43%,肇事肇祸率﹤0.1%,社会参与率88.26%。管理有显著意义。结论社区卫生服务中心对于城乡结合社区精神病的康复管理模式有效可行,有效控制精神疾病病情,恢复社会功能和防止复发,精神病肇事肇祸率降低。
Objective To study an effective model of the urban -rural community mental health centers for the rehabilitation management. Methods Community prevention and treatment of psychiatric co - leading group of community health service center established village health cadres and, family members of patients （guardian） exchange of information mechanisms, through the creation of ＂Sunshine Heart Garden＂ base rehabilitation, health education, medical drug delivery, classification, classification management, for prevention and treatment, follow - up monitoring of psychiatric patients after discharge from hospital to do the rehabilitation management services. Results Rehabilitation management through the five - year exploration of Liuzao community effective care for mental patients rate 98.78 % , significantly better rate of 85.43 % , accident of cause trouble rate 〈 0. 1%, social participation rate 88.26%. Management is significant. Conclusion Community health service centers for the rehabilitation of the urban - rural community mental management effective and feasible, effective control of the mental illness condition, restoration of social function and prevent recurrence, reducing the rate of mental illness accident of cause trouble.
