摘要
目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂的临床应用及相关的不良反应。方法总结2006年6月～2011年6月本院收治的46例应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗的患儿的临床资料,分析该药的临床疗效和使用过程中出现的不良反应及其相关因素。结果单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂具有很好的临床疗效,其不良反应的发生率为5.43%(5/92),与用药剂量无关。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂用于治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、小儿脑性瘫痪、早产儿脑损伤及妊娠期或哺乳期血管性中枢神经系统损伤均取得了很好的疗效,值得临床推广应用,但临床医师在临床应用中应仔细阅读其说明书,注意不良反应的发生。
Objective To discuss the clinical application and adverse reaction of Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients treated with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium from June 2006 to June 2011 in our hospital was summarized and the clinical curative effects,adverse reactions and related factors of the medicine in using process were analysed.Results Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium had very good clinical curative effects,the incidence of its adverse reaction was 5.43%（5/92）,which had nothing to do with drug dosage.Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium achieves very good effects in treating neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,infantile cerebral palsy,brain damage of premature and vascular central nervous system damage during pregnancy or lactation,and is worthy of application.But clinical physicians should read the manual carefully in clinic so as to notice the occurrence of adverse reactions.
