摘要
随着航空制造业技术的不断发展,飞机结构件呈现整体化、大型化和复杂化的趋势。为满足飞机装配精度和飞机综合性能的要求,设计人员大量采用高精度的复杂结构设计,传统的数控加工手段难以满足加工要求。通过合理应用数控分度头加工技术,直接把分度头装在数控机床的双摆头上应用,能够提高数控机床的自由度,从而解决复杂结构的加工问题。
With the development of aviation manufacturing technology, the aero plane structural parts become more and more present integration, large-scale and complication. The designer uses high precision and complex structures to adapt for the assembly accuracy and the comprehensive performance requirements of the plane, which can′t be satisfied by the traditional process. Through the reasonable application of the CNC dividing head processing technology, the dividing heads are directly mounted on the numerical control machines′ double pendulum heads, which can enhance the numerical control machines′ degree of freedom, to solve the complex structures′ manufacturing problems.
