摘要
目的:建立同时测定缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪胶囊中缬沙坦和氢氯噻嗪含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Chromatrex C18,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30,用磷酸调pH=3.1),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为230nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL。结果:缬沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的检测浓度线性范围分别为8～160(r=0.9997)、1.25～25(r=0.9995)μg·mL-1;平均加样回收率分别为99.66%、99.87%,RSD分别为0.33%、0.81%(n=9)。结论:所建立的分析方法快速、灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazid in Valsartan/hydrochlorothiazid capsules.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.Chromatrex C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（70：30,pH value adjusted to 3.1 using phosphoric acid） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃.Injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS：The linear ranges were 8～160 μg·mL-1 for valsartan（r=0.999 7） and 1.25～25 μg·mL-1 for hydrochlorothiazid（r=0.999 5）.The average recoveries were 99.66%（RSD=0.33%,n=9） and 99.87%（RSD=0.81%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：The established method is rapid,sensitive,well-separated,accurate and reliable.It can be applied to control the quality of Valsartan/hydrochlorothiazid capsules.
