摘要
在俄罗斯政治经济经过剧烈变革后的二十年间,俄罗斯职业教育一直在寻求自身的发展之路,形成了全新的教育理念,确立了将幼儿园和普通中小学以外的一切教育形式统称为职业教育的"大职教"观。作为俄罗斯职业教育体系的第一个层次,其初等职业教育的改革倍受关注,改革的目标是确立个性目标教育理念指导下的实践目标模式,为培养适应未来社会的职业人打下坚实基础。
During the two decades after the politics and economy in Russia have experienced acute transformation,the vocational education has been seeking its development route,formed the fire-new education concept and established the perspective of ＂big vocational education＂,which is a joint name for all the education forms except for the kindergartens and common primary and secondary schools. As the first level of vocational education in Russia, the primary vocational education reform has been paid more attention,whose reform goal is to establish the practical goal mode under the educational concept of cultivating personality,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating the professionals who adapt to the needs of the society in the future.
