摘要
近年来艾滋病的流行趋势越来越严重,给世界各国社会与经济带来沉重负担,已成为21世纪最严重的公共卫生问题。目前尚没有治愈艾滋病的有效方案及进行预防的有效疫苗,采取健康教育、艾滋病母婴阻断、血液制品的管理等有效措施是控制艾滋病流行的根本途径。本文对儿童艾滋病现状有关文献进行综述,系统概述了儿童艾滋病的分布、影响因素、治疗及预防措施,为相关部门采取有效的预防控制措施提供依据。
In recent years the AIDS epidemic trend is more and more serious, it brings heavy burden to society and economy of countries in the world, becomes the most serious public health problems in the twenty-first Century. There is no effective solutions and effective vaccine for prevention for AIDS, health education, mother-to-fetus transmission block, administration of blood products and other effective measures are fundamental ways to control the AIDS epidemic. This article on pediatric HIV status related literature review, a systematic overview of pediatric AIDS distribution, influencing factors, prevention and treatment measures, is for the relevant departments to take effective prevention and control measures.
