The chaos from the unending Arab spring to Indian Hazare hunger strike is directly or indirectly closely connected with corruption, which has evolved into a general social phenomenon in Russia. As China and Russia are both transitional countries confronted with a stern anti-corruption situation. A deep-seated probe on Russia’s corruption and harms as well as its anti-corruption means would be highly revealing to us.
