摘要
800MN巨型模锻液压机是关系国家安全、经济发展的战略性设备,也是航空制造业的基础性设备。同步控制系统是巨型模锻液压机上必备的关键装置,其同步控制性能的好坏将直接决定产品的质量,而同步平衡缸则是同步控制系统中的关键部件。通过建立力学模型,设计了同步平衡缸。并借助MARC软件对其进行有限元分析,对结构薄弱之处进行了优化,有效的减小了活塞的挠曲程度,降低了活塞承受的弯曲应力,同时连接轴与活塞等效应力大幅下降。为同类产品的设计提供了参考。
800 MN giant forging hydraulic press is a strategical equipment which is related to national security,economic development,and the base equipment for aerospace manufacturing industry.The synchronous control system is the essential device to the giant forging hydraulic press,whose synchronization control performance quality is good or bad will directly determine the quality of the product.Synchronous balance cylinder is the key part of the synchronous control system.Based on the mechanics model,the synchronous balance cylinder was designed.With the help of the software MARC,the finite element analysis was carried on,the structural weaknesses were optimized,which effective reduce the torsion of the piston and the degree of the bending stress of the piston and significantly decrease the equivalent stress of the axis and piston.The results provide the reference for the design of similar products.
