以3 万t 模锻水压机同步平衡液压控制系统为例,通过理论分析与计算机仿真,研究了液压位置保持系统在流量控制和压力控制这2 种不同液压控制方式下的系统动态特性,结果表明两者完全可以获得相同的控制效果,但在控制参数上有一定的差异.因而。
In this paper, the dynamic properties of the hydraulic position holding system under the flow control and pressure control are studied in detail with the sample of the synchronism balancing control system of 30 000 t die forging press through theory analysis and computer simulation . The result shows that the system can get the same control effectiveness under the two different hydraulic control modes, but there is some difference in the control parameters. This study clarifies the work mechanism of the hydraulic position holding system under the two control modes, and increases the choice of control mode design of the real system.
