摘要
通过测定不同浓度胡桃醌作用下大肠杆菌中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标的变化来研究胡桃醌对其氧化损伤的影响,为探究胡桃醌的抑菌机理提供一定的理论依据。结果表明,随着作用时间的延长,各测定组中上述指标均有不同程度的变化,24 h的SOD,CAT含量均低于对照组,MDA含量高于对照组,且随着胡桃醌浓度的增加,诱导程度发生相应变化,这表明胡桃醌的加入使得大肠杆菌清除脂质过氧化物、过氧化氢和自由基的能力下降,可能对大肠杆菌菌体产生一定的氧化损伤。
The effects of juglone on bacterial membrane oxidative damage was studied on Escherichia Coli. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT), as well as malondialdehyde (MDA) content was determined so as to provide theoretical support for exploration antibacterial mechanism of Juglone. The results showed that along with time extension, above parameters changed at different levels. The content of SOD and CAT were significantly lower than that of control group within 24 hours. The MDA content was much higher than that of control group, and with increasing in concentration of Juglone, the induction effect enhanced. This indicated that the ability to eliminate lipid hyperoxide, hydroperoxide and the free radicals decreased when added juglone to cultivated medium. It suggested that juglone may produce oxidative damage on Escherichia Coll.
