摘要
从高校体育社团的创建、发展、管理、指导教师的指导、社团活动的组织和社团干部的选聘等方面研究分析了现阶段我国高校体育社团的主要发展模式,得出结论:在社团组织结构及其管理模式上体育部与社团联合会齐抓共管的"双重管理"模式和课外体育俱乐部管理模式更益于学生体育社团的长期发展;社团干部选举主要采用选任制模式;导师制指导模式更有利于调动指导教师的积极性和有效性;活动联办模式更能推动社团的发展;体育部带头创建和联合创建模式能弥补学生自发创建模式的不足,从而更有利于推进高校学生体育社团的蓬勃发展。
Based on the different development lever and forms of Chinese university＇s sports association, this paper researched and analyzed the main development mode of Chinese university＇s sports association, respeetively from it＇ s creation, development, management, teacher＇ s guidance, the organization of activities, the hiring and training of the association＇s students leaders. It come to these conclusions： PE department and the student union together manage students sports union is more benefit for the development of the students sports union ; the mode of empanel system is more often used to get better student cadres; tutorial guidance model is more advantageous to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and more effective ; the mode of combined activities can promote the development of Students sports union; the mode of PE assist to create the students sports union and the mode of federal creation mode is more advantageous for initiative creation mode of college student.
