摘要
本文研究了六升超高强度钢瓶疲劳裂纹扩展特征。气瓶疲劳失效方式不仅与材料的性能K1c 和σ0-2 有关,而且与主要疲劳裂纹源半长度C0 和两相邻疲劳裂纹源中心距L0 有关。气瓶撕裂的主要原因是多疲劳裂纹源扩展汇合成一个新的大疲劳裂纹源所致。
The characteristic of fatigue crack propagation in ultrahigh strength cylinders has been investigated. The results showed that the failure mode of cylinders was related not only with the mechanical properites (K IC and σ 0 2 ) but also with the half original length (C o) of the main fatigue crack and the distance (L o) between the centers of the neighbor fatigue cracks. The tearing of cylinder resulted in large flaw extending from mutil-fatigue cracks.
