摘要 开发了一种液压加载方式的高压气瓶疲劳试验系统,并从液压和控制等方面详细介绍了压力循环的实现过程。该系统通过IPC和PLC通讯完成了疲劳测试的自动控制,实现了现场数据的采集与实时显示,并可以进行数据的保存与报表的生成。该系统操作方便,满足了气瓶疲劳试验台的试验要求。 A kind of gas cylinder pressure cycle test system that applies the hydraulic Pressurization method was developed. The control method of the pressure cycle was introduced from the aspects of the hydraulic system and the control system. Through the communication between IPC and PLC, the data acquiring and automatic control system realizes the automatic control of the cycle test. The system can replay and record test data synchronically, and the test report can be generated and printed in the end. The system has good handiness and satisfies the requirement of the gas cylinder pressure cycle test.
