摘要
阐述了国内外几种对大学生就业能力概念的认识,从高校的专业能力培养、个人素质和学生综合能力培养3方面提出了信息技术类学生就业能力评价的指标体系,并综合社会、企业在学生就业招聘过程中的用人选拔原则,构建了评价信息技术类专业学生就业能力的综合评价指标,建立了企业决策者对信息技术类不同专业有主观偏好及对评价指标有客观需求的多属性决策目标规划模型。结合沈阳师范大学科信软件学院2011届毕业生就业预测问卷调查的数据,对不同专业的就业能力进行综合测评,将测评结果与真实就业统计结果进行对比分析,挖掘出其隐含的内在原因,为高校的专业建设提供一些理论参考,并提供了一种科学、有效的专业就业能力综合测评方法。
This paper introduces several concepts of the students' employability, and puts forward the evaluation system of IT students' employability from three aspects, the professional ability training, the personality, and the students' comprehensive ability. This evaluation system is based on the employment requirements of the whole society and enterprises. In the paper, the evaluation index system of IT majors is constructed, by integrating the employing principle of companies and the goal programming model of multi-attribute decision making, based on IT majors and evaluation requirements of decision makers. The survey of 2011 graduates is used to support the comprehensive sort of IT majors' employability. In the last, the comparison results of the analysis on the actual statistical results of students' employment are given, and a scientific, effective method of evaluation is provided to support the major construction.
