摘要
立足国际EPC全程物流项目海运分包管理实践,分析了在EPC项目背景下选择和管理海运分包商的困难与风险,提出了海运分包商辩识要素、合同设计原则与接口管理办法,以期进一步提高海运管理水平和风险控制能力。
Based on the marine subcontract management practice in EPC full-process logistics projects,this article analyzes the difficulties and risks in choosing and managing the marine subcontractor under EPC projects,proposes the evaluation factors、contract design principals and interface management methods on the marine subcontractor,expects to improve the marine management and risk-control ability.
