摘要
施工过程中的风险管理是国际EPC总承包项目管理的重要组成部分,做好施工环节的风险控制不仅可以节约项目成本,保证项目质量,还能够最终保障总承包商顺利履约。从总承包方项目管理的角度出发,对如何进行EPC项目中施工阶段的风险管理展开了深入的探讨。
Risk management is an important part of international EPC turrey project management. To keep good risk control can not only save project costs, ensure project quality, but also protect the general contractor ultimately successful performance. In this paper, I am from the perspective of general contractor project management; engage in further discussion on how to control the risk of construction of EPC project.
