辽宁省人体裂头蚴感染历年相关病例流行病学分析 被引量:3

Epidemiological analysis of relevant cases of Sparganosis mansoni infection in Liaoning province

摘要 目的就辽宁省历年人体裂头蚴感染相关病例进行流行病学分析。方法从患者年龄、性别、职业、发病部位及感染方式等五个方面,对迄今已发现的12例裂头蚴感染者进行全面的临床资料分析。结果在所发现的12例感染病例中,女性患者占58.33%(7/12),感染和发病年龄在30岁以上;城镇居民和农民为主要感染者,占66.67%(8/12);发病部位集中皮下(包括乳房和腹部)和眼部,分别占66.67%(8/12)和33.33%(4/12);感染方式主要是饮生水和游泳等;10名患者均居住于丹东和庄河相邻两地。结论丹东和庄河良好的自然环境成为曼氏裂头蚴病孳生地,年龄较大,抵抗力低下的女性,饮用生水成为辽宁省曼氏裂头蚴感染的主要人群。 Objective To make epidemiological analysis of relevant cases of Sparganosis ansoni infection over the years in Liaoning province.Method 12 cases of Sparganosis mansoni infection patients were analyzed in regard to age,gender,occupation,location and infective route.Result In this 12 cases of Sparganosis mansoni infection patients,there were 7 women(58.33%),with the age over 30.Urban residents and farmers were the main infected(66.67%),and the common sites involved in subcutaneous parts(66.67%,including breast and belly) and eyes(33.33%).The main infective route included drinking raw water and swimming.10 of the patients live in Dandong and Zhuanghe.Conclusion The natural environment of Dandong and Zhuanghe became breeding grounds for sparganum mansoni.Sparganosis mansoni infection occured frequently in elderly women with lower resistance to disease and drinking raw water.
