摘要
随着公立医院改革步伐的加快,医院传统党建模式出现了创新机制不足,与中心工作脱节等问题。人本管理理论强调把人确立为组织管理的主导,其精髓与党的以人为本的理念是一致的。同济医院将人本管理理论应用到医院党建工作实践中,开展了"支部书记责任制"、"基层党建创新基金"等工作,克服党建传统模式弊端,激发了党建活力。
With the acceleration of the reform in public hospitals, many problems of hospital Party building model come out, like the lack of innovation mechanism and dissociation with central task and so on. People-oriented management focuses on making people the leading part of organization and management, whose essence is consistent with people-orien- ted idea of Party. We put people-oriented management into the practice of Party building, launch "branch secretary respon- sibility system" ," innovation fund of grass-roots Party building" and other tasks, overcome the shortcomings in traditional Party building model and stimulate vitality of Party building.
