摘要
目的观察倍他司汀联合血栓通注射液治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法将80例眩晕症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次.d-1,7 d为1个疗程;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用血栓通注射液5 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次.d-1,7 d为1个疗程。对2组的疗效、经颅多普勒(TCD)测定各项指标及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后经TCD检测:大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉颅内段、基底动脉的血流速度均较对照组显著改善(均P<0.05)。2组均未出现皮疹及血压、心率的变化,肝肾功能未发现异常。结论倍他司汀联合血栓通注射液治疗眩晕症患者可提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical combined with Xueshuantong injection. Methods with the method of random number table juxtaposed ,40 cases in each group. Then 250 mL betahistine mesylate injection one effect of treating vertigo with Betahistine Mesylate The experiment were like this ：first,in accordance divided the 80 cases with vertigo into two groups ：treaty and the juxtaposed group was given in the venous infusion with time per-day and 7 days for a course of treatment; based on the juxtaposed treatment the treaty group was given in the venous infusion with Xueshuantong injection 5 mL （added to 250 mL 5% glucose injection ）one time per-day and 7 days for a course of treatment. Last,compared with the treatment,indicators of TCD measurement and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treaty group was 92.5% and the juxtaposed group was 70.0%,it was of statistically significance to the difference between the total effective rate of the two groups （P〈0.05）. The indicators of TCD measurement of the treaty group after the treatment showed that：the blood flow of the middle cerebral artery （MCA）, anterior cerebral artery （ACA） and posterior cerebral artery （PCA）, the vertebral artery （VA）and basilar artery （BA）ware significantly improved compared with the juxta- posed group （all P〈0.05）. The rash,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups had no any changes appeared ,no anomalies found with the liver and kidney functions either. Conclusion Betahistine com- bined with Xueshuantong injection could improve the clinical effect of treating vertigo.
